放电过流保护-Discharge overcurrent protection

电池组在放电时，放电电流超过放电过流保护值且达到放电过流延时时间，保护板关断放电开关，停止放电，以防止超功率使用

When the battery pack is discharged, the discharge current exceeds the discharge overcurrent protection value and reaches the discharge overcurrent delay time. The BMS turns off the discharge switch and stops the discharge to prevent super power use.
