单体截止电压-Cell cut-off voltage
单体截止电压为所有电池平均电压，当平均电压到达单体截止电压时，保护板判定电池放空，电量为0
The cell cut-off voltage is the average voltage of all the batteries. When the average voltage reaches the cell cut-off voltage, the BMS determines that the battery is emptied and the power is 0.
