单体充满电压-Cell full voltage

单体充满电压为所有电池平均电压，当平均电压到达单体充满电压时，保护板判定电池充满电，电量为100%，一般该电压比充电器平均单串电压低0.05v-0.1v

The cell full-charge voltage is the average voltage of all the batteries. When the average voltage reaches the cell full-charge voltage, the BMS determines that the battery is fully charged, and the power is 100%. Generally, the voltage is 0.05v-0.1v lower than the average single-string voltage of the charger.
