负载检测-Load detection

负载检测是指保护板在发生硬件过流及短路保护时，检测到负载则不释放，只有断开负载后，才能重新打开放电开关，以防止短路未解除时，打开放电开关对保护板造成损坏

Load detection means that when the BMS is in hardware overcurrent and short circuit protection, the load is not released. Only after the load is disconnected, the discharge switch can be reopened to prevent the discharge switch from being damaged when the short circuit is not released.
