单体欠压保护延时-Cell undervoltage protection delay

当单串电池电压到达欠压保护电压，并且持续时间达到此设定时间时，保护板关断放电，发生欠压保护。

此值推荐范围2-10秒，过小容易误触发保护，过长会使电池过放。

When one cell battery voltage reaches the undervoltage protection voltage and the duration reaches this set time, the BMS is turned off and undervoltage protection occurs.

This value is recommended for a range of 2-10 seconds. If it is too small, it will easily trigger the protection. If it is too long, the battery will be over-discharged.
