单体欠压释放电压-Cell undervoltage release voltage

电池发生单体欠压保护后，当电压回升到单体欠压保护释放电压时，重新打开放电开关，释放值一般比单体欠压保护电压小0.3V。

此值不得过大，充电时放电开关发热厉害，设过得过小在放电末端容易发生放电震荡。

建议范围为小于过压值0.1-0.4V。如:三元设置为2.85V，铁锂设置为2.75V
