单体过压保护延时-Cell overvoltage protection delay

当单串电池电压到达过压保护电压，并且持续时间达到此设定时间时，保护板关断充电，发生过压保护。

此值推荐范围2-10秒，过小容易误触发保护，过长会使电池过充。

When one cell voltage reaches the overvoltage protection voltage and the duration reaches the set time, the BMS is turned off and overvoltage protection occurs.

This value is recommended for a range of 2-10 seconds. If it is too small, it will easily trigger the protection. If it is too long, the battery will be overcharged.
